How to stay healthy


 Staying healthy is very important for everyone. A healthy body helps us live a happy life and do our daily activities well. There are many simple tips for following stay healthy.

             First, w should eat healthy food such as fruits πŸ“, vegetables πŸ₯¬, rice 🍚 and proteins πŸ₯©. Drinking water every day is also very important thing our skin hydrate. We should avoid eating too much junk food πŸ”πŸŸ.

        Second, doing exercise daily. It is helps keep our body strong and active. Such as walking, running, swimming or playing sports are good our health. And getting good sleep for night. 

             Finally, we should keep our body clean and neat. Washing hands before eating, trim nails and get bath daily. If we following this good habits we can live happy and stay healthy.
