The importance of drinking water πŸ’§πŸ³

 Water is one of the most important things in our lives. Every living things needs water to survive. Our bodies are made up of about 60% water . So drinking water everday is very important.

                             First, water helps to our body function property. It helps to control our body temperature, carry nutrients to cell, and remove waste from the body.we do not drink water when we can feel tired, lazy, dizzy or headache.

                 Second, water is important for our skin. Everday drink water for helps our skin hydrated and water  gives our skin look like fresh and healthy.

                                                                   So we should drinks water. It is simple habbit but it's very important our life. It keeps our body healthly and fresh skin.
